Being a local, family owned and operated shop, we can spend the time to focus on the important things: superior workmanship, honesty, integrity, and creating lasting relationships with our customers. When I work on your car I treat it like my own, and finish the repair as if my wife and kids will be driving away in it. I'll take the time to explain the repairs that are needed, and (if desired) help you find the least expensive way to repair it (such as rebuilding vs. replacing, using a remanufactured part vs. new, etc.). And the thing that has never ceased to amaze my first-time customers: Bring me your dealership repair quote: I'll do the same job for as little as HALF that price! My prices are extremely lower than average! Plus, if desired, I can first inspect your vehicle and let you know if you truly need those quoted repairs or if the dealership is just trying to rip you off (sadly, the amount of dealer quotes I've been seeing with several completely unnecessary repairs has been increasing significantly). My ultimate goal in this is to hopefully build the first steps towards that long-lasting customer relationship I strive for.
